本來想去金融業的，無奈才疏學淺，竟然沒有人願意找我去面試，好歹我也是本科系的，給個面子吧！
但好在前公司的經驗，莫名的就把前公司當作跳板，換到一間汽車製造廠。
看，人的造化真的不是自己能夠掌握的。

當初這職位真的是投好玩的，因為實在對新公司的品牌沒有多大的好感，
嚴格的來說，是無法帶給人太多激情的品牌，
因此在104上也只是因為他的名字好像很炫一樣
經營企劃管理人員，這職位一聽就很威阿～
經過一關又一關的面試，咦，莫名的就錄取了耶。
一堆人還跟我說，你是誰介紹進來的阿，我們公司很難進來阿，這陣子都不招人了。
幹，老子在作假上進態度時可也是下了一番苦心去面試的阿，你以為那麼簡單嗎？
進來之後，才知道我的職位，
看了數百封的履歷，挑了13人來面試，從2月初找到4月初，終於找到我這塊寶。
哈哈，我那麼不屑這品牌，而這職位卻是針對我而設的一樣，
幹，人還是巴結一點好了，既來之則安之吧～

這邊的主管，人好的跟假裝的一樣，
明麟，你房子找到了沒，你要住那邊？什麼你要通車，那樣你怎麼在7點半來實習，這樣太危險了太impossible了
你等一下我聯絡一下管理部，什麼他們說你說會自己處理，怎麼可以這樣，安全問題相當的重要，
有什麼問題一定要跟我們說阿，不要憋在心裡 = =

明麟，你慢慢來阿，不要有壓力，慢慢學阿，不用想一開始就做出成績
我們公司不是這樣子的，慢慢來大家都會教你，我們公司提倡OJT，你不要急阿～

課長：明麟，你有沒有看過協理。過來打個招呼吧～
協理：阿是新人阿
我：協理您好，我是您面試進來的新人，謝謝您
協理：哈哈，好好好，慢慢來阿，不要急喔～
課長：哈哈也不要太慢拉

幹，這是什麼公司，我想要衝阿我想要力爭上游阿，我要當英雄主義者阿
這樣子每人都叫我慢慢來，那我就真的慢慢來不客氣摟～

以上是我的新公司
好在有進來，因為我的職務、工作內容，是我夢寐以求的，
感謝，感謝上天的安排～

來中壢也已經快兩個禮拜了，
雖然說還根本沒機會玩透，
但我深深的覺得中壢是個搶錢的地方，
與台北唯一的差別大概就是房價而已吧，
飲料綠茶一杯15～20，雞排也要40～45，
連10元商店裡面10元的東西根本沒幾樣，
北部下雨桃園也有份，天氣又比台北冷，
連個像樣的市區都沒有，幹，這什麼鬼地方。
難怪公司一堆的人寧願開車從台北來上班，也不在桃園落地生根。

不過現在倒是滿喜歡我住的套房，
雖然貴了一點，可是跟個飯店一樣，
最喜歡的是每天可以跟著陽光一起起床，
一整天都有好心情～

我要照我的意志做事，我不是誰的附屬品
我的行為不需要對你負責，我的路我自己決定。
不要扯我後腿，我要貫徹自己的意念!!

自從EMAIL發達了之後，有多久沒有拿起信紙，一字一字寫下對朋友，對家人的思念了？

要不是這次閒在家裡太久，我想我也不會去翻翻放在櫃子裡那兩包信件吧，
看著以朋友們的回信內容，我以前到底都寫著什麼東西給人家阿。
有朋友罵我不要出國丟人現眼。也有人勉勵我在國外要好好努力。
還有一同跟老姊一同在國外時，互相跟對方分享生活的甘苦。
更好笑的是，還有小學轉學時，跟以前的同學討論舊班級的八卦，
這什麼跟什麼，裡面的人事物都已經忘光了，相當奇特的感覺。

還有還有，國中高中時生日、聖誕節的卡片，
裡面一堆人用暱稱結尾，講實在的我真的忘記您是哪位了
我也忘記曾經我也人緣那麼好過阿...

anyway，都快要忘記收到信件時的感動了，
有機會動動筆，捎封信給你的愛人、朋友吧

今天早上起床沒多久，老爸就過來跟我說，你姊在正在醫院要生了一起過去看他吧，
我心中正在納悶，不是說預產期在三月底嗎？怎麼那麼快就急著蹦出來？
一到醫院只見老姊跟姊夫擠在一個小房間裡，
看我老姊一臉痛苦樣，我看他應該巴不得要他肚子裡那個小嬰兒趕快出來吧。

到了下午四點多電話來了，說是要改成剖腹生產，
等我們一到醫院小baby已經已經出來人世了，
而我姐則在手術房裡等待把傷口縫合起來。

七點一到，育嬰室的簾子緩緩拉起，一堆家屬隔著玻璃窗鬥弄著自己的小孩，
而我們家的勒？一個紅通通的小女孩，躺在保溫箱裡活繃亂跳得，好不可愛。
老爸說，小孩的腳看裡來很"落憨"，意思是腳很長的意思，以後應該會長的滿高的樣子，
據說我姊跟我剛出生時都有這特質，那我姐的身材就滿標準的，怎麼我會變成一個矮子猴，我真是百思不得其解
我問我爸怎麼剛生的小孩都會紅通通的，親家母倒是轉頭過來笑笑的說，不然怎麼會叫"紅嬰仔"，呵呵，說的也是喔。

看到小生命的誕生真的有滿多感觸的，
這一生下來就是一輩子的負擔，父母都逃避不了的哩。
小姪女阿你要好好的成長阿，不要讓老姊有太多的煩惱就好。

離開時，親家公過來跟我握手親切得說，恭喜你啊，舅仔！

陳總 林小姐 您好 各位好

今天跟其他離職的人一樣，待到七點多才離開公司，離開時環顧辦公室，真不敢相信就要離開這待滿快要一年的地方。

在這裡學到的不只是商界的運作模式，做人的道理，得到的更是一堆超棒的友誼，讓身在異鄉的我倍感溫暖，我真的非常感謝各位。
感謝MING讓我體會到中港路下山150km/h的滋味
感謝DAVID夏天一杯又一杯的飲料
感謝JASON中午陪著我吃過一頓又一頓的中餐
感謝AARON，出差時不計較的開車，而我卻在旁邊昏昏大睡

我真的覺得慶幸，工作生涯的第一站是從昱照出發，最後感謝陳總林小姐兩位給我的機會，讓我進入昱照服務。我想我會帶著從兩位身上學習到的優點，往下個目的地前進。

開工的第一天，我請假，只因為想再多貪圖一點高雄的暖陽，
當天一坐高鐵回台中，沒多久電話就響起，
同事MIA就跟我說，JOSS我提出離職了，
今天SELINA一早就跑進陳總的辦公室，跟他們說要離職，
我也先跟麗文說要離職，並發EIP跟他們說了，現在就剩下你摟。

太猛了吧，開工第一天，大家就搶著要離職，這種事情要一起來才會聲勢浩大阿～
怎麼都不等我？？

我SELINA跑過來問我，小吳阿，你有沒有興趣接我們刀具部阿？
我回答：其實我也要離職，只是我還沒提而已，等等就要提了
什麼，一點跡象都沒有，你哪時就再想了？？ 再閒聊了一下之後，我也跑去跟麗文說明離職的事情，
只見麗文一臉驚恐的說，不會吧，連你都要離，大家不要同一個時間可以嗎？？

一會兒，SKYPE傳來了SELINA的訊息，
"跟你說個秘密喔，不要跟別人說，現在公司還沒有人知道，其實麗文昨天也提離職了..."

一個年後，4個人離職，我只是請個假而已，馬上排名第4位，看...這什麼世界...
我想公司真的出了點問題吧，工作環境不錯，福利也不錯，年終更是一等一
老闆長時在大陸工作，也不大回台灣管人，
這樣的公司為何還留不住人？？也許真的出了些問題吧....
有意者向我報名，我很樂意跟你說明我過的有多爽。

工作一堆鳥事，好背喔
從週一處理到週四，明天又要去打仗，
趕快讓我脫離這巡迴吧！！

It was extremely noisy over the phone and I write this reply first.



It is unfortunate that both Chuhatsu and Essor do not accept these

rolled material. I've tried to reasonably explain but if you maintain on using

dates to justify such cancellation, we'll try to find an alternative

solution. My position is that if, an order is placed just to secure a

production date only to be cancelled later, is not fair. 



I'll discuss further with AA on how to handle this, but meanwhile, all

current orders should be put on hold.

ground on how to administer cancellations.

Please notice that neither Chuhatsu nor Essor will accept H626/4T for
 order 97-001. 

As your previous email wrote on 19th OCT, ※we＊ve indicated that if
material is not rolled, we can amend subject to verification of actual
production situation§ , in this case , we had already sent you the
 email on 1st Oct (which is still a day ahead of the rolling date) and clearly
informed that do not produce H625﹜H626 anymore. From rolling forecast
or actual production respects, our information was given ahead of them. If
the material was still rolled eventually, there should be communication
errors in your side, therefore, Chuhatsu and Essor won＊t accept those items.

Dear Tack Lay

Normally, when we issue an order, if the ETA is on 1st Jan, and the ETD
should be in the beginning of DEC, and expected production schedule
should be in the end of Oct or Nov. We followed this procedure for quite a
long time and seldom cause mistakes, in addition, we have the rolling
forecast for reference and it＊s a very important information for us to feedback
to Chuhatsu. With the information, we can tell Chuhatsu what items are
still amendable and what are not, it＊s quite helpful to reduce controversy.

For 94-001 this case, we expected the production schedule is around the
end of Oct or Nov, but the forecast we received on 26th Sept showed H626
will be rolled on 18th OCT, and we send an email to inform AA not to produce
the old items anymore on 1st Oct, we think it＊s still quite safe. But on 19th
Oct, AA informed us that the production has finished on 2nd Oct, which is
too much advanced then we expected, and feedback us this information too
late. This is really hard for Chuhatsu to accept this item and explanation,
especially this item has reached its end of production cycle.

Chuhatsu is really wearied of this kind of delivery issue, production
ahead then they expected (they might still want to amend the order according
to Toyota＊s order), occasional delay shipment (this means they might face
the shortage and will be charged by Toyota). Seriously, if AA insist
Chuhatsu to accept this H626/4T, I am afeard AA will lose this faithful customer
immediately for the price of their Japanese parent company is only
slightly more expensive then AA＊s, plus AA will raise the price very soon.

Dear Joss,







Under normal business circumstances, once an order is booked, there is

no possibility of cancellation. However, due to the long standing

relationship between Ascometal and Essor/Chuhatsu, we＊ve indicated that if material

is not rolled, we can amend subject to verification of actual production

situation. In this case, the material was rolled ahead of forecast to

prevent any delays that the plant was foreseeing. I am sure you would

agree an earlier delivery is always better than a delay!



As you mentioned, the forecast that Yvonne sent is an indication of the

planned production. Likewise, the purchasing forecast that Chuhatsu

sends to Essor/Ascometal is a forecast and can never be 100% reliable for price

negotiations. In such instances, we always count on mutual

understanding and no company or system is perfect. 



It is not always easy to manage the production gymnastics of Chuhatsu,

but in most occasions, Ascometal has been accommodating. It is unfortunate

that the material has already been rolled and once rolled, we can only

consider it as order produced/completed.

It＊s not possible for Chuhatsu to accept the material they didn＊t
order again.

The forecast you send me on Sept. 26th showed that the material would
be produce on Oct.18th. and once I got the news form Chuhatsu, I wrote an
email to inform you, do not to produce H625 and H626 any more for 97-001 and
97-002 on Oct 1st , and then I sent a revised order on Oct 8th, I＊ve
done all I can to pause and cancel the item at the earliest.  I can not
understand why AA produce the material already?

Hi Joss,



Just to inform you, the day that you have sent the revised order for

97-001, we are unable to amend the size for the Dia. 10.9 X 2350 (4 Tons) as

the material has already been rolled. Therefore, Chuhatsu will have to

accept the material.



Pls note that it is very hard for us to amend the orders at the very

last minute especially when it is so near the rolling date.
